Welcome to The Health Advantage. We are a Zone Technique health centre that specialises in restoring health to clients who have been suffering with chronic pain and illness.

First established as ‘Zone Therapy’ in the 1930s by Dr Thurman Fleet, Zone Technique has recently made a comeback as a result of San Francisco-based Dr Peter Goldman’s refinements, and is now completely revolutionising the world of natural healing. Dr Goldman created the renowned ‘Zone School of Healing’, which aims to teach other professionals about the technique and the principles of healing, to ultimately help more people across the world.
Put simply, Zone Technique focuses on the six ‘Zones’ of the body, which if disrupted, either emotionally or physically, can cause a variety of illnesses and discomforts. The discovery of this technique has led to profound changes in Zone practitioners’ ability to help others heal from supposedly difficult to treat or even incurable conditions.
